Balcony furniture, box-room. Very beautiful view of the sea and the port. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. In the period from 06.09. to probably 15.10.23 a facade cleaning will take place, which will also affect the balconies. In this respect, disturbances cannot be ruled out. Therefore, the rental prices have been reduced during this period.

    “Schöne Wohnung, allerdings war das Geschirr vom Vorgänger noch schmutzig und unter der Couch noch Dreck vom Vorgänger. Der Geschirrspüler lief bei Betrieb aus Ansonsten der perfekte Ausblick. Wir würden gerne nochmal wieder kommen allerdings müsste dann mehr auf Hygiene in der Wohnung geachtet werden.”

    “Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist optimal. Wobei man darauf Wert legen sollte, ein Zimmer mit Meerblick zu bekommen. Eine Grundreinigung war zwar zu erahnen, aber nicht zufriedenstellend. Leider hat auch der Zahn der Zeit an der Einrichtung und am Gesamtobjekt genagt. Die Wohnung war okay, aber nicht Besonders. Die Ferienhausanlage befand sich im Umbau - also keine Zeit zum Entspannen.”
