Outside the resort, 12 km from the centre, in a quiet, elevated position, 30 m from the lake, located by a road, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: property 1'300 m2 (fenced). Fireplace (sandbox), bathing jetty. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Motor access to the house (1.8 km via unmade road). Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station 5 km, sandy beach 4 km pebble beach 3 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km, swimming bay 4 km, bathing lake 30 m. 3-room house 74 m2 on 2 levels. Simple furnishings: open living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace and TV. Exit to the garden, to the veranda. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 1 induction hot plates, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room 11 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 19 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Electric heating, wood heating. Balcony. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2), sitting area. Beautiful view of the lake and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer.
