This wonderful and tastefully furnished hillside country house offers beautiful panoramic views over the valley and of the medieval village of Lugnano in Teverina, 3 km away. At the back, the house borders the road that leads to the village of Lugnano. In front of the vacation home you will find a beautiful, slightly sloping garden with olive trees and on the spacious property a pool with an adjacent whirlpool pool and a 100 m² lake with a depth of between 0.7 m and 1.0 m. The pool is located on the ground floor. In addition, you will have at your disposal an equipped gazebo, a table tennis table, a bocce court and a rustic terrace with a large dining table and barbecue. In all these outdoor areas you can relax after your day trips and end the day with a good glass of wine. The house has an American refrigerator with ice dispenser and on request you can put a single bed in one of the rooms on the second floor. From Attigliano train station, 8 km away, trains leave every hour for Rome and Florence. Distances: 3 km Lugnano in Teverina with stores of all kinds, 10 km Guardea and the Alviano Natural Park with cycling and hiking trails, 12 km Amelia and 25 km the ancient hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio, also called the "dying city". To the beautiful Lake Bolsena is only 45 km.

    “Ein schönes umbrisches Ferienhaus - wir waren 7 Erwachsene und hatten ausreichend Platz. Allerdings ist zu bemängeln, dass die Einzelmatratzen sehr schmal waren, für Kinder OK, aber Erwachsene laufen ständig der Gefahr aus dem Bett zu fallen. Die Matratzen inkl. Rost in den DZ sind auch nicht mehr die allerbesten, einmal ist sogar der Rost durchgebrochen. Ansonsten aber schön landestypisch eingerichtet. In der Küche wäre empfehlenswert ein Wasserkocher und für deutsche Gäste wenigstens ein Kaffeefilter oder eine Kaffeemaschine. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Wunderschöner Pool, allerdings waren die Sonnenschirme defekt und die Liegestuhlauflagen etwas "versifft". Zu vermerken ist auch, dass der Gasbackofen nicht richtig funktioniert hat, so dass es nicht möglich war ihn zu benutzen. Ansonsten hat uns die Vermieterin wunderbar betreut.

    Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren ausreichend vorhanden von 300m zum kl.Laden bis 3 km zum Supermarkt. 500m Entfernung zu einem Gemüseladen, sehr empfehlenswert. Ein Auto ist allerdings unbedingt erforderlich.”
