This rural villa near Arles has a modern interior, an enclosed garden and a private pool with pool house in Pont-de-Crau. It offers spacious accommodation on two levels and consists of an airy first floor with an open-plan, air-conditioned living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and a comfortable lounge with a TV. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, including a master suite with en-suite shower room and three further bedrooms sharing a separate shower room, all equipped for a relaxing stay. The outdoor area consists of a terrace with seating and dining area leading to the garden and pool. The impressive pool house offers an outdoor kitchen, dining area and lounge and complements the 9.60 x 4.20m private pool. Please note that only the living area on the first floor is air-conditioned. Bedrooms on the upper level have individual fans. The villa is located between Arles and Saint Martin de Crau, about 3 km from the first stores.
