Our Olympia Schlössl apartment house is nestled on a hill above the village of Neustift in the Stubaital. We are situated in a lovely and quiet countryside location with stunning views of the Stubai Mountains, only 1 km away from the centre of the village of Neustift. In summer you can enjoy many hours of sunshine, since we offer the longest sun exposure. Shops and restaurants are only 500m away. The Stubai Glacier can be reached after 15 km, while the city of Innsbruck is 25 minutes away by car. Our three apartments are cosy, beautifully and comfortably furnished in the Landhaus style and accommodate 2-4 people. They feature a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining area and a sitting corner with satellite TV. All apartments come with a private bathroom with shower/WC. Our adjacent "Nordkettenblick" comfort double room can be booked in combination with the apartments. A boot dryer in our storage room keeps your ski boots and equipment warm and dry. The Olympia Schlössl is characterised by its relaxed atmosphere. In summer you can enjoy our beautiful and peaceful sun terrace when relaxing or having a barbecue. The panoramic view offered across the Stubai mountain world will surely inspire you as well. After an eventful day of skiing or hiking you can spend relaxing hours in our spa with infrared sauna, solarium and steam room. We offer free mountain bikes, sleds and Nordic walking poles. Take advantage of our free Wi-Fi and parking offer. You can also get a 15% discount on skiing lessons and rentals at our Neustift Olympia ski and snowboard school. The numerous slopes in the four different skiing resorts, or the panoramic valley trail with groomed winter hiking trail all offer great fun. For active holiday makers the Elfer Mountain and the Schlick 2000 skiing and hiking resort are popular starting points for paragliding and kiting. Hiking amid summits and valleys in the Stubaital is a journey of discovery along countless natural treasures. Explore the nature trail with its adventure stations for kids at Schlick 2000 or the impressive WildeWasserWege trail around the unique Grawa waterfalls together with your family. After a long hiking tour the Klaus Äuele Kids Park with adventure playground or the Kampl Lake invite your children to play while you relax in a magical setting.
