Located 6 km from the beaches, this lovely modern villa is in a pleasant, secure residence overlooking the pool and just 200 m from the center of Aigues-Mortes.

At the gates of the Camargue, this semi-detached villa offers all the comfort you need. The well-equipped and bright American kitchen opens onto the garden thanks to two French windows. The 3 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. Choose the sunny terrace to enjoy a snack with a glass of local wine or the small shady corner equipped with deck chairs to relax at the highest temperatures. Just across the street, 10 meters away, you have access to the residence's pretty communal pool.

Visit the bustling interior of the medieval town surrounded by ramparts of Aigues-Mortes. Head north and follow the D46, a pretty little country road that takes you through the marshes to the 14th-century Tour Carbonnière, surrounded by beautiful landscapes where you can view rich flora and fauna.

Visit the salt marshes with pink soil, very popular with birds. Meet the bulls and wild horses, meet the wine producers and discover the surroundings Nîmes and Arles, classified by Unesco for its Roman monuments. Or visit the traditional festivals in Montpellier with its beautiful old town, its Place de la Comédie and the "designer" district of Antigone. On the beach, the Camargue offers 70 kilometers of sandy coast: the Grande Motte, Carnon, Palavas and the legendary Espiguette beach, unspoiled and wild.
