Completely renovated in early 2020, this studio is ideally located in the heart of the Gracia district. You will find many local shops and restaurants including the Kibuka, sushi restaurant at the foot of the apartment.
The Fontana and Joanic metro stations are a 5-minute walk away.
The living space consists of a sofa bed with a Smart TV, as well as a dining table.
The studio has an internet connection of maximum 2Mbps.
The kitchen semi open to the living room is fully equipped to prepare your meals.
The bedroom is located on the mezzanine. It includes a large bed, drawers and a wardrobe. Be careful with the height of the ceiling there, you cannot stand up on your foot.
Finally a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is cleaned by professionals before your stay.
It is equipped with air conditioning / heating and a mini washing machine (see photo of the bathroom).
We kindly ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
Check-in regular time between 13h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. Late check-out can be possible for 30€ more until 17h00, please check that on arrival with your contact.- The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.
Barcelona city tax not included: 4€ per night per person.
- Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
- 80€ special fee required on arrival for gaz, water and electricity for monthly stay only
