Holiday home with pool and for dog lovers

The detached holiday home built in 2010, was renovated in 2021 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the mountains from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and courtyard. 1 pet is free.

Labin, district Ripenda kras. The holiday home is located on a 1700 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house. Private parking for 3 vehicles.
