Country house in original, authentic style and typical architecture

The Finca is a typical Mallorcan house, located between the municipality of Campos and the beach of Es Trenc and Colonia de Sant Jordi in the south of the island.

The house with its thick walls and green shutters provides good insulation against cold and heat. It offers accommodation for up to eight people on about 200 m² of living space, and has four double rooms with bathrooms. Each bathroom has a hairdryer. You have a view of the garden or the olive tree plantation from all of the rooms. The large and light-filled living room has a television with satellite antenna, CD radio, sofas and a fireplace. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the pool and the garden. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. These include a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, stove, Ceran hob, toaster and cooking utensils.

On the large terrace you will find a table, chairs and table football as well as a barbecue, directly opposite the garden with a lawn and swimming pool. Everything has been well thought out, to ensure that all the details are right and you will have an unforgettable holiday. Furthermore, parking is possible on the property.

The property is in a privileged location as it is near one of Mallorca’s most beautiful beaches (Es Trenc), and just 3.5 kilometres from the municipality of Campos. There is a variety of good restaurants and some shops. Numerous activities are available in the surrounding area, such as canoeing and cycling. Two golf courses are also only 20 minutes away.

The property is in a privileged location as it is near one of Mallorca’s most beautiful beaches (Es Trenc), and just 3.5 kilometres from the municipality of Campos.     “Wir haben uns in dem gemieteten Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das "neue" System mit der Heizung hat überzeugt! Alles war sauber und der Pool war schon schön warm. Unkomplizierte und freundliche Person vor Ort, vielen Dank.”

    “Das Haus ist sehr schön, so wie ich mir eine Finca vorstelle. Sie liegt eher abgelegen. Wir konnten nur einen Hahn in der Umgebung hören. Die Finca ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Wohnzimmer findet man sogar einen Kamin, den wir aber bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen offensichtlich nicht genutzt haben. Die Vermieterin ist wahnsinnig nett und flexibel.”

    “Ausstattung sehr veraltet. Kaffeemaschine nur für 2 Pers. Wasserkocher nicht gefunden. Radio mit CD nicht gefunden. Viel Zeit zum Duschen mitbringen.
    Lage ist ok. Zustand des Pools und Garten auch ok. Naja, die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.
    Sind gewohnt, dass in dieser Preiskategorie mind. 1 x in der Woche ein Bettwäschen- bzw. Handtuchwechsel stattfindet. Hier nicht.
    Preiswürdigkeit: Wenn man o.g. so vorfinden würde, wäre der Preis akzeptabel.”

    “Wir waren bei der Ankunft angenehm überrascht. Das Haus ist schöner als auf den Bildern. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sauber und absolut ausreichend, um dort schöne Tage zu verbringen. Die Entfernung zu den Stränden und nach Campos für die tägl. Einkäufe ist kein Problem. Wären gerne länger geblieben!”

    “Dejligt hus på skøn og ugeneret grund.
    Køkkenet mangler lidt udstyr, men fungerer ellers rigtig fint.
    Der er ingen aircondition, hvilket kan være en udfordring på de varme nætter.
    Lækkert poolområde med stor pool samt separat børnepool.
    Ejeren er venlig, imødekommende og svarer hurtigt på evt. henvendelser.
    Alt i alt et rigtig lækkert feriehus til den store familie.”
