Cosy stone holiday house with a private pool and a terrace with a grill.
This stone house is in a little medieval village called Galižana, just five kilometres from Pula and the sea.
The holiday house with air conditioning on the ground floor provides 80m² of living space on two floors. The big living room has a cosy corner sofa and a flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver. The fold-out sofa can be used as a bed (160 x 200cm). The open kitchen is separated off by a breakfast counter and is equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is also a guest WC. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms, of which one is furnished with a double bed 180cm wide and the other with two single beds 90cm wide. The owner can also provide a cot and a highchair free of charge. The big bathroom is fitted with a towel radiator, a large washbasin and a walk-in shower, a WC, a bidet and a hairdryer. There is also a washing machine. The whole house has free wireless Internet access.
The bedroom on the upper floor opens onto the balcony, which reaches as far as the garden and affords a view of the Brijuni islands and the sea. The living room opens onto the terrace with a table and chairs, as well as a grill for dining outdoors. It is adjoined by the large garden with a pool around 3 x 5 metres and 1.3m deep. There are also two parking spaces for private use and a further terrace in front of the house. Pets are allowed on request.

Galižana has a range of shops, as well as bars and a restaurant. It is a few minutes’ drive to the large town of Pula 5km away, with many shops and sightseeing possibilities.
