The property houses a farm house for ten people and two newly built studios, accommodating four people each.
The community garden offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and vineyards. The community pool measures 8 x 4 meters. The entire property (about three hectares) is enclosed by an old wall. The barbecue is communally used. Parking is available on the property as well. The garden houses many fruit trees and flower beds. The community garden has several patios with outdoor furniture.
Please note that the access road is narrow. There are only two neighbours, so traffic is very light. The person driving up the road has the right of way. A wine cellar is at your disposal. The internet connection can be spotty.
